A multinational group in the chemical sector is seeking an Executive Assistant to the CEO. This dynamic role involves providing comprehensive support, managing the CEO's agenda, and organizing board meetings, requiring strong communication skills and a high level of discretion. Ideal candidates will have at least 10 years of experience and a university degree, with proficiency in English and knowledge of other languages being advantageous.

Formación

  • Full proficiency in English; knowledge of French is a plus.

Multinational group within the chemical sector, with headquarters in the province of Barcelona (Vallés Oriental), needs to incorporate an EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT TO CEO.

Reporting directly to the Group CEO, s/he provides executive assistance in a one-to-one working relationship, being responsible for providing comprehensive support and facilitating the CEO’s daily activities. This dynamic position requires the ability to anticipate needs, think critically, and offer solutions to problems with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.

Main responsibilities :

  1. Organize and prepare materials for the board of directors meetings (travel arrangements, meals, proofreading minutes, presentations, etc.).
  2. Manage the CEO's agenda to ensure smooth daily operations, prioritize inquiries and requests, troubleshoot conflicts, and make judgements and recommendations.
  3. Schedule meetings, teleconferences, and video conferences across different time zones.
  4. Coordinate travel logistics, including working with travel agencies and hotels, managing itineraries, expenses, and related documentation.
  5. Provide hospitality to guests of the CEO and help create a welcoming environment.
  6. Prepare electronic files, ensuring accuracy in spelling and grammar.
  7. Handle social responsibility tasks such as donations and NGO collaborations.

Requirements :

  1. University degree; an Executive PA diploma or certification is a plus.
  2. Minimum of 10 years' experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably supporting a CEO.

Languages :

  1. Full proficiency in English.
  2. Knowledge of other languages, especially French, is an asset.

Proficient in MS Office and own a car.
