Operations involves all production-related activities within the battery cell production, including planning, constructing, and rolling out battery cell factories. It also encompasses planning and implementing functions such as logistics, quality, production, and plant management.

How You Will CELLebrate

• Support and advise on planning, construction, and operation of battery cell factory in Spain.
• Develop and implement concepts to improve health and safety.
• Support in the standardization of occupational safety, management systems, ergonomics, and other relevant safety topics for the factory.
• Investigate and evaluate the causes of work accidents and propose prevention measures.
• Prepare training documents and conduct training courses.
• Coordinate contractors (CAE), evaluate and communicate legal and safety requirements, and support their implementation.
• Conduct regular safety inspections/audits and ensure timely closure of corrective actions.
• Maintain and update occupational risk assessments, preventive planning, and health & safety plans in accordance with legislation.

What You Need For Our CELLebration

• A degree in Prevention and Safety or equivalent university education qualifying you as a Senior Technician in Labor Risk Prevention (PRL).
• At least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Experience working with licensing authorities.
• Ability to work shifts.
