Job Description
As a multitask receptionist, you will be responsible for:
- Making and managing reservations
- Greeting guests at check-in and check-out
- Allocating rooms efficiently
- Managing complaints and resolving problems
- Dealing with special requests
- Accounting and payments control
- Using several languages by phone, email, or in person
- Assisting in other areas of the hotel
