A leading hotel in Pozo de la Serna is seeking a dedicated assistant to support the Selection Coordinator. The role involves managing interview schedules, preparing essential documents, and maintaining effective communication with candidates and employees. The ideal candidate will contribute to the design and development of recruitment programs, ensuring alignment with company standards. This position offers an opportunity to enhance recruitment processes and improve organizational efficiency.
Direct assistance to the Selection Coordinator, including scheduling interviews with candidates, sending offer letters, following up with documentation, and preparing onboarding processes.
Prepare and review written documents such as daily logs, business letters, offer letters, internship agreements, and Erasmus grants. Ensure accuracy and completeness through proofreading and editing.
Maintain an organized and up-to-date email correspondence system. Follow up with candidates regarding missing documents and assist employees and students with requests during their work time.
Assist with the design and development of Recruitment & Selection programs, including planning and staffing methods, aligned with the company's philosophy and standards.
Create and maintain filing systems and Selection Resources Systems such as Hosco, GRS, Turijobs, School Sites, and LinkedIn.
Follow up on and control selection procedures. Manage exit interviews by scheduling, preparing, and understanding legal documentation requirements. Offer creative ideas to improve processes and school presentations.
