As our Community Host (Recepcionista), you’ll operate in all front-of-house areas, ensuring each guest has the best possible TSH experience. Whether providing a flawless welcome and check-in, delivering excellent service in our restaurant and bars, or engaging in friendly conversations to make their stay memorable, you are at the forefront of our guest-facing operations. You know our products well and can effectively cross-sell them to our guests. Thanks to you, everyone entering our Madrid location will become a TSH fan instantly!

Known for being rule breakers in hospitality, TSH offers a fun, creative, and inspiring environment where everyone can work, stay, learn, play, and be themselves. As an employer, we operate like a hotel but offer much more, including student accommodations, long and short stay options, gyms, talks, events, rooftop bars, eat & drink escapes, as well as community and coworking spaces. Located in the Netherlands, Germany, Austria, Italy, France, and Spain, with new openings planned, this hybrid hospitality concept aims to go global.

What You’ll Do

1. Ensure every guest receives a warm welcome upon arrival.
2. Have at least 1 year of experience as a Receptionist.
3. Assist guests at self-check-in kiosks (no traditional reception desk).
4. Enhance F&B skills by preparing and serving local dishes.
5. Prepare coffee and mix signature cocktails as a barista.
6. Act as a secret concierge, providing local recommendations.
7. Maintain cleanliness and readiness of all areas.
8. Assist guests with requests related to facilities, possibly learning new tech skills.

Who You Are

1. Flexible, proactive, motivated, and positive.
2. Dexterous and multitasking like an octopus.
3. Background in hospitality, preferably hotels.
4. Responsible and capable of handling peak periods calmly.
5. Fluent in English and Spanish; additional languages a plus.
6. Hardworking with a proactive attitude.
7. Legally permitted to work in Spain or a European citizen.
