About the role:

As an AP1000 SRO Training Instructor, you will deliver high-level training with passion for teaching and strong pedagogical skills.

You should demonstrate organizational abilities such as teamwork, customer orientation, and innovation.

You will report to the Operations and Technical Training Manager and be based in Madrid.

This is a hybrid position with a mix of on-site and off-site work.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Participate in all stages of the SAT process of initial and continuing education programs in your specialty.
2. Manage analysis, design, and implementation of training needs for initial and ongoing education in your specialty.
3. Design, develop, and deliver training sessions for licensed and non-licensed personnel, including classroom, plant, and simulator training.
4. Collaborate in simulator troubleshooting and testing when malfunctions are detected.
5. Coordinate training activities, support training committees, and plan training programs.
6. Develop and maintain advanced educational tools (simulators, multimedia, videos, models) related to your responsibilities.

Requirements:

• University or Master's Degree in scientific-technical fields (Engineering, Physics, etc.).
• 7+ years of experience as an operation instructor.
• Willingness to reside in Madrid or nearby.
• Proficiency in English.
• Availability to travel nationally and internationally for project needs.
• Driver's license.
• Experience in power plants or industrial facilities is valuable.
