How You Will Make a Difference
  1. Measure marketing campaign performance, create custom reports, and analyze trends and anomalies.
  2. Prepare analytical reports and dashboards, including visualizations, for the marketing team.
  3. Develop Google Sheets scripts to integrate data from multiple reports and sources.
  4. Utilize advanced skills in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets.
  5. Analyze product and marketing metrics to identify correlations and drivers.
  6. Identify user behavior patterns through analytics and generate hypotheses for marketing strategies.
  7. Develop SKAN measurement approaches for Google, Meta, and TikTok.
  8. Understand user acquisition processes to analyze and propose improvements.
  9. Manage MMP tools (e.g., Adjust), providing technical support related to app attribution and event tracking.
  10. Assess the impact of product and marketing strategy changes on performance.
  11. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to enhance project profitability.
  12. Work with the BI team to create and maintain data visualization dashboards.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree in a STEM field or similar.
  2. At least 3 years of experience as an analyst.
  3. Strong knowledge of mobile app attribution tools.
  4. Proficiency in machine learning and statistical techniques.
  5. Excellent communication skills to translate technical insights into business recommendations.
  6. Deep understanding of digital marketing strategies, including funnel analysis and technical knowledge of iOS and Android marketing.
  7. Experience with data visualization tools.
  8. Experience setting up and managing event tracking in mobile apps, focusing on SKAN, Firebase, Meta, etc.
  9. Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
  10. Proactive and results-oriented attitude.
