Payroll Consultant - Product Services Team

Join our Product Services Team as a Payroll Consultant to boost our growth in the French market and ensure our clients have the best product experience.

Your Responsibilities

1. Onboard new clients to our HR software, assisting them via video calls and email until Factorial is fully implemented in their organization.
2. Take a consultative approach to offer clients a customized experience in setting up their accounts.
3. Understand clients' needs and challenges, gather their feedback, and collaborate with the product team to improve our payroll product.
4. Share insights for product improvement to enhance the client journey.

Your Profile

• Fluent in French and professional English.
• Experience in client-facing or HR roles such as HR Generalist, Onboarding Specialist, or Client Success Specialist.
• Knowledge of payroll software like Silae, Sage, Cegid, Pégase, etc.
• Proactive, fast learner, with a problem-solving mindset and strong analytical skills.
