THE ROLE

The Legal department is seeking a motivated In-house Lawyer to join our team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for someone eager to develop their legal skills in a dynamic, international environment while supporting and collaborating with diverse, cross-functional teams across the organization.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist the General Counsel and Assistant General Counsel with various legal tasks.
• Manage corporate governance and control of legal entities.
• Draft, review, and advise on a wide range of contracts.
• Coordinate with external law firms and oversee legal matters.
• Identify and evaluate potential risks, developing mitigation strategies.
• Advise departments on regulatory and compliance issues to ensure legal adherence.
• Support enforcement of data protection policies, ensuring GDPR compliance across EU countries, and coordinate data practices.
• Manage the company's intellectual property portfolio, including patents and trademarks, in collaboration with external agents.
• Assist in implementing new software solutions.

KNOWLEDGE / EXPERIENCE

1-5 years of experience in a law firm or corporate legal environment. A law degree from an accredited institution is required. Experience with international and corporate laws is advantageous but not essential.
