Descripción del empleo

To work with internal Zurich teams and external IT suppliers delivering ECM projects. This ranges from small-medium work orders to projects to migrate new clients to our Content Services products.

The ECM PM will join an international high-performing team with extensive experience in implementing ECM projects using IBM CP4BA (FileNet) and Box technologies.

Your role

As a Junior Project Manager, your main responsibilities will include :

  • Successfully delivering assigned small to medium work orders and projects.
  • End-to-end project management accountability for time, resources, budget, and quality.
  • Managing stakeholders for assigned projects and key business partners.
  • Distributing project documentation for review and coordinating revisions until approval.
  • Supporting the demand process by reviewing Work Orders documentation and pricing estimates.

Your skills and experience

Ideally, as a Junior Project Manager, you will have :

  • 2 to 3 years of project management experience, particularly in deploying new systems, including infrastructure and application delivery. A Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is a plus.
  • Experience with Waterfall methodology, with Agile skills highly appreciated :
  • Proven experience as a Scrum Master.
  • Experience in delivering content management projects, especially with IBM CP4BA (FileNet) and Box technologies.
  • Ability to work independently across multidisciplinary teams and locations.
  • Understanding of cloud service operating models.
  • Experience in stakeholder relationship management and obstacle removal for win / win outcomes.
  • Hands-on problem-solving skills.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Option to work abroad up to 25 days per year.
  • Up to 300 euros to set up your home office and additional monthly home office allowance.
