We are seeking a skilled Developer with 3 to 5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Power Platform and UiPath with a preference for those with domain experience in Cards and Payments. This is a work-from-home position with day shifts and no travel required. Proficiency in Spanish is essential.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement solutions using Power Platform to meet business requirements.
• Automate processes using UiPath to enhance operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements.
• Design and deploy scalable and secure applications on the Power Platform.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Power Platform and UiPath solutions.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in all development activities.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
• Create and maintain documentation for developed solutions and processes.
• Participate in agile development processes including sprint planning and retrospectives.
• Monitor and optimize the performance of deployed solutions.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Power Platform and UiPath technologies.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity on project goals.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.
