We are seeking a CEE Regional Sales Director based at our headquarters in Madrid, Spain.

Responsibilities :

  • Oversee the overall profitability and headcount of the company in your territory.
  • Establish and lead each country's sales team.
  • Implement and achieve sales strategies.
  • Participate in and support sales-oriented events.
  • Recruit, establish, and lead an experienced digital sales team.
  • Participate in recruiting and hiring the commercial team.
  • Motivate sales teams to achieve their goals.
  • Create sales reports and P&L reports for each country to present to your manager.
  • Be responsible for the sales targets of each country in your territory.
  • Provide detailed sales forecasts quarterly, semi-annually, and annually.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Allocate resources effectively to meet sales and service goals.

Requirements :

  • Full proficiency in spoken and written Spanish and English (mandatory).
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in a sales leadership role.
  • Strong strategic planning, organizational, and creative thinking skills.
  • Ability to lead multicultural sales teams and think strategically.
  • A master's degree in a business-related field may be advantageous.
