MANUFACTURING ENGINEER LARGE RADIAL STRUCTURES (F / M / X)

Objective of the Position

We are seeking professionals to join our team in manufacturing process engineering for aerospace components, focusing on the development and improvement of manufacturing processes for large radial structures.

Main Responsibilities

1. Define manufacturing processes for new components, including process routes, solid models, instructions, and work guides.
2. Identify and implement improvements to industrialize products, reducing time, costs, and non-quality costs.
3. Support production and continuous process improvement initiatives.
4. Implement new technologies and planned enhancements to make radial structures more competitive.
5. Identify process control variables to ensure sustainable product results.

Candidate Profile

• Education: Degree in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Technologies, or similar; Master’s degree preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in manufacturing processes, especially welded assemblies.
• Knowledge: Drawing interpretation, 3D modeling (preferably Siemens NX), statistical analysis.
• Languages: Spanish (First Certificate level or equivalent).
• Valued but not essential: Nickel/titanium machining, welding, dimensional verification, NDT techniques.
• Software: Teamcenter, SAP.
• Personal Skills: Teamwork, coordination, communication, autonomy, proactivity, results orientation, adaptability, motivation for improvement, and willingness to work in an international environment.

Training Provided

• Manufacturing processes of aircraft engine static components.
• Tools and software for product and process management.
• Process data analysis (SPC, etc.).
• Aircraft parts quality management.
• Ergonomics and safety analysis.
• Lean Manufacturing concepts.

Team and Environment

You will work at ITP Aero’s headquarters in Zamudio, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team including process engineers, CNC programmers, quality engineers, and more, on long-term projects for civil and industrial aviation.
