A leading company in IT Services and Consulting is seeking a Recruitment Specialist with a mid-senior level of expertise. The role requires a strong background in DevOps, cloud administration, and a proactive approach to talent acquisition. Candidates should be self-motivated, have a solid understanding of agile principles, and demonstrate proficiency in English.

Formación

• Mid-Senior level experience required.

Conocimientos

Administration of Kubernetes and Istio

Infrastructure as code (Terraform, Packer, Crossplane)

Working knowledge of AWS

Administration of relational DB (Postgres)

CI/CD automation (Jenkins, Github Actions)

Administration of web servers and load balancers

Experience with Message Broker / Event Streaming

Solution and cloud architecture knowledge

Test Driven Development

Agile principles knowledge

DevOps Mindset

Your Skills

• Administration of Kubernetes and Istio (more than 3 years)
• Experience with infrastructure as code, in particular Terraform, Packer, and Crossplane (more than 3 years)
• Working knowledge of public cloud vendors, preferably AWS
• Administration of relational DB (Postgres)
• CI / CD automation (Jenkins, ideally also Github Actions – more than 3 years)
• Administration of web servers, load balancer, web application firewall, certificates, etc.
• Experience with Message Broker / Event Streaming like Kafka / MQ
• Know-how in (solution and cloud) architecture, development patterns, common frameworks (like Spring)
• Test Driven Development
• Basic knowledge of agile principles and experience in working on at least one long-running agile project.
• DevOps Mindset (you built it, you run it, taking responsibility for your work)
• Awareness of clean code and profound knowledge of design patterns and coding principles.
• Sensitivity to security concerns.
• Self-motivated and able to work efficiently through ambiguity without close supervision.
• Eagerness to keep learning.
• Must demonstrate good judgement and a pragmatic approach to deliver software.
• Proficiency in English (B2+).
