Role Overview

Reporting to our Chief Global Customer Officer, the ideal candidate will have proven experience in key account sales and connectivity with large CPG retailers and suppliers.

The candidate should have experience in CPG, Retail, and Professional Services, with a focus on data-led insights and advisory capabilities to drive growth. Experience in sales and client management within the services industry is advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Provide organizational, sales, and client service leadership for the Advantage Global business.
  • Build strong relationships with CPG clients, ensuring they gain value from our work and advocate for Advantage.
  • Achieve sales and profit targets for the client portfolio and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Commercial, Market, and Finance teams to align strategies, meet financial targets, and manage budgets and forecasts.
  • Develop client service and product proposals by working across relevant functions.
  • Use strong business acumen and negotiation skills to secure mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Support market leaders in developing collaborations with global clients at the country level.
  • Enhance the Advantage brand through keynote presentations, conferences, white papers, and articles.

Location & Travel

The role is ideally based in Europe (Spain, France, UK, Netherlands, Germany) and will be remote.

Travel may include client meetings, visits to Toronto, conferences, and industry events.
