Assistant (m/f/d) to the Head of Department for IT and Medical Technology

The position offers a regular average working time of 30 hours per week.

Responsibilities:
  1. Scheduling and coordinating department management activities.
  2. Pre-screening and managing emails.
  3. Handling incoming telephone calls.
  4. Corresponding with customers and employees.
  5. Checking and pre-assigning incoming invoices.
  6. Processing monthly statements.
  7. Writing orders to companies.
Your Profile:
  1. Completed commercial apprenticeship, e.g., as a business administrator (m/f/d) in healthcare, office administrator (m/f/d), or business administrator (m/f/d) for office management, or a comparable qualification.
  2. Reliable, structured work style and confident handling of MS Office applications.
  3. Independent, solution-oriented, and organized working approach.
  4. Strong communication and social skills, customer orientation, quality awareness, and interest in technological developments.
  5. Team-oriented mindset.
