Formación

Cyberbit - Customer Success Manager (Cybersecurity Focus)

Cyberbit is the world’s leading cyber-security training platform for cyber professionals, serving clients from Fortune 500 companies, universities, governments, and militaries worldwide. Recently recognized as a leader in the Forrester Wave report, Cyberbit deploys real-world attacks using reverse-engineered malware onto virtual corporate networks, enabling users to defend against live attacks using industry-standard security tools. This approach effectively trains cyber professionals and students in detection, response, and attack mitigation techniques.

We are seeking a Cybersecurity-focused Customer Success Manager (CSM) proficient in SaaS technologies and technical training. This individual will play a key role in maintaining and expanding accounts across Europe and the Middle East. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who excels in a fast-paced, innovative startup environment and is passionate about revolutionary technology.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve mastery of Cyberbit technologies and customer success playbooks within 1-3 months.
  • Guide analysts through simulated live-fire attacks, tailoring approaches based on trainee skill levels and customer objectives.
  • Understand each customer’s unique needs and assist them in achieving success by mapping their training objectives to the Cyberbit content catalogue.
  • Monitor customer health through onboarding calls, success calls, quarterly reviews, analyzing usage data, and maintaining all metrics in internal tools.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams via PowerPoint presentations, product Q&A, and documentation.
  • Possess at least 3 years of experience in a SaaS-based cybersecurity or IT product customer success role and / or project management.
  • Have a minimum of 2 years of experience providing cybersecurity technical training.
  • Hold a Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD degree in cybersecurity; advanced degrees are a strong advantage.
  • Be capable of planning, multitasking, and managing time effectively in a remote environment.
  • Fluent in English with excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills; proficiency in a third language (Spanish, German, or French) is required.
  • Strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with Salesforce is a strong advantage.
