Job Responsibilities

• Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, engineers, and product management to implement enhancements, develop new features, and translate business requirements into data science and analytics initiatives.
• Deliver a broad range of data-related tasks, including reporting, analytics, and the implementation and analysis of machine learning models.
• Develop high-quality, scalable, and automated code.
• Work with engineers to ensure seamless integration of your work into live production environments.

Qualifications

• University or advanced degree in engineering, computer science, mathematics, or related fields.
• At least 4 years of experience in developing data science and analytics solutions in a business setting.
• Experience with regression, optimization, classification, and segmentation problems.
• Strong Python skills, including Pandas, machine learning libraries, and PySpark.
• Strong SQL skills.
• Solid analytical skills to interpret data patterns and derive insights.
• Proficiency with git and Github.
• Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Docker, and orchestration tools is a plus.
• Experience with visualization tools like Tableau or Looker Studio is a plus.
• Understanding of software engineering best practices for reusable, production-ready code.
• Team-oriented with a proactive problem-solving attitude.
