A leading company in bionic technologies seeks a proactive Area Sales Manager to drive growth in underserved regions. This hands-on role involves managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting to client relationships, ensuring successful product adoption and order management. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of sales experience, preferably in prosthetics or orthotics, and must be proficient in local languages and English.

Remote, based in area of Responsibility. Axiles Bionics is a Brussels-based spin-off from Brubotics (VUB), specializing in Robotics, Artificial Intelligence, and Biomechanics, striving to improve the quality of life with new bionic technologies. Our mission is to bring peace of mind and body to amputees with innovative bionic solutions and outstanding services.

We are seeking a proactive, driven, and self-reliant Area Sales Managers to spearhead growth in underserved regions . This is a hands-on sales position focused on growing revenue by operating the full sales cycle, from initial prospecting to assisting during demos and patient trials, as well as nurturing long-term client relationships.

Prospecting & Lead Generation : Actively identify and pursue new sales opportunities through outreach, fairs, networking, and industry events.

Drive product adoption by negotiating pricing and terms to ensure successful sales closures with clinics.

Independently manage presence at regional trade fairs and industry events to enhance brand visibility.

Order Management : Oversee the full sales process, including recording orders in the CRM / ERP system and ensuring seamless collaboration with production and logistics teams.

A Sales Hunter and Relationship Builder : You are both a relentless prospector and a dedicated account manager . You are rejection-proof, driven by targets, and excel at expanding market reach .

You proactively support CPOs with patient trials, training, and product integration, becoming their trusted partner in delivering the best prosthetic solutions.

You manage your sales pipeline independently , ensuring seamless collaboration between sales, marketing, logistics, and customer support.

Bachelor’s Degree required , preferably in prosthetics, kinesiology, sports sciences or engineering . Minimum 3 years of sales experience , preferable in prosthetics or orthotics.

Proficiency in the area’s local language(s) , as well as English . Strong practical tech skills to ensure smooth sales operations in any environment (e.g. connecting to Wi-Fi, setting up a 4G hotspot when needed, etc.)

Proficiency in Google suite, email management, and good CRM practices

Valid driver’s license.

30-minute virtual interview with the Chief Sales Officer.

60-minute in-person interview with the Chief Sales Officer..

90-minute final interview with the Chief Sales Officer. and Chief Executive Officer, including a sales-related assignment presentation.
