Tasks

• As an IT controller, you will support the development of a long-term IT strategy that supports the business objectives. You will monitor its implementation and adapt it to changing business requirements if necessary.
• You take on the central bracket function in budgeting and cost management in the IT area. You will create overarching budget plans, monitor expenditure and identify potential savings in order to optimize the efficiency of resource usage. You will also manage direct colleagues in your area of responsibility.
• You will also define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for IT projects and services. Through regular analysis and reporting, you ensure that the IT services and projects deliver the expected benefits and contribute to the company's success.
• You identify and assess risks in connection with IT projects and investments. You develop strategies to minimize risks and ensure business continuity.
• As a consultant, you support the entire IT management level in strategic decisions related to IT investments. You take into account the long-term impact on the company and help prioritize IT projects.
• The development and implementation of IT controlling standards and processes, in particular the introduction of Oracle ERP, round off your job profile.

Requirements

• You have a degree in business informatics, business administration or a comparable qualification.
• You already have several years of professional experience in IT controlling, ideally in the energy industry
• You also have in-depth knowledge of cost and performance accounting as well as project and program controlling.
• You like to get to the bottom of things and have a structured way of working.
• Confident handling of common controlling and ERP systems, as well as the willingness to transform the Group into Oracle ERP, are no challenge for you.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills as well as a diplomatic and customer-oriented appearance and meeting management characterize your personality.

As the central link between Central Controlling, Central IT and our Group's digitalization initiatives, you will work with (strategic) project portfolio management to maintain an overview of the overall digitalization budget.

You are part of the IT Office team, which is responsible for IT project and project portfolio management, requirements and business relationship management and IT controlling as a cross-divisional function. This is where all the threads for IT operations and the IT transformation of the entire Group come together. We set clear budgets and priorities and enable the Group to manage overall digitalization through comprehensive reporting.
