Job Description

THE POSITION : The Medical, Legal and Regulatory (MLR) review is essential in healthcare marketing to ensure content is accurate, compliant, and ready for publication. The MLR process involves rigorous review, approval, and documentation. As part of the MLR team, the Medical Content and Review Specialist manages all MLR processes for a dedicated client, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations. This is a home-based, full-time role, ideally located in Poland, Germany, Ireland, the UK, Italy, Portugal, or Spain, with legal eligibility to work in the EU or UK.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end MLR process, including scheduling, leading review meetings, and documenting discussions.
• Use online review systems (e.g., Veeva Vault) to vet communications and enforce policies.
• Update and maintain MLR SOPs.
• Support medical content development and project management activities.
• Assist Medical Affairs and Medical Information leadership with project plans.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Metrics & Customer Service

• Contribute to process improvements and maintain high customer service standards.

Hours & Travel

• Full-time, flexible scheduling as per client needs.
• Travel is generally not required.

Qualifications

• Degree in Life Sciences or Biomedical fields; postgraduate in Pharmacy or Medicine preferred.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in healthcare agency or pharmaceutical company.
• Experience with Veeva Vault, scientific writing/review, and project management.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
• Excellent communication, time management, and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of healthcare compliance laws is a plus.
