Role Overview: Reporting to our Chief Global Customer Officer, the successful candidate should have proven experience in key account sales and strong connections with large CPG retailers and suppliers.

The ideal candidate will have experience in CPG, Retail, and Professional Services, with a track record of leveraging data-driven insights and advisory skills to foster growth.

Experience in sales and client management within service industries is also advantageous.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Providing leadership in organization, sales, and client service for the Advantage Global business.
  2. Building strong relationships with CPG clients, ensuring they derive value from our services and advocating for Advantage.
  3. Achieving sales and profit targets for the client portfolio and pursuing new business opportunities.
  4. Collaborating with Commercial, Market, and Finance teams to align with business strategies, including financial reporting, budgets, and forecasts.
  5. Working across functions to meet client needs and develop proposals.
  6. Applying business acumen and negotiation skills to secure beneficial agreements.
  7. Supporting market leaders in developing global client collaborations at the country level.
  8. Enhancing the Advantage brand through presentations, conferences, white papers, and publications.

Location: Ideally based in Europe (Spain, France, UK, Netherlands, Germany). This role is remote (home-based).

Travel may include: client meetings, visits to Toronto office, conferences, and industry events.
