We are seeking an experienced Business Development Representative skilled in generating opportunities through cold outreach and familiar with the common sales stack. While there are opportunities for advancement, we value sales professionals who are comfortable working independently or supporting the sales executive team. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in identifying and qualifying leads, nurturing relationships, supporting event management, and setting appointments for sales executives. Key Responsibilities :

  • Implement Value-Based Outreach : Develop and execute outreach strategies that focus on the prospect's needs, pains, and goals rather than just product features.
  • Utilize Prospecting Tools and Data Sets Effectively : Manage and analyze data to improve accuracy and efficiency in prospecting.
  • Execute Outbound Sequences and Methodologies : Implement multi-channel outreach campaigns via email, phone, LinkedIn, and other platforms, following established sales methodologies.
  • Research : Investigate target companies and decision-makers to understand how our solutions can benefit them.
  • Utilize the CRM - HubSpot system : Track interactions, update lead information, and ensure accurate documentation of all communications.
  • Facilitate High-Quality SQL : Connect qualified prospects with the sales team, ensuring productive meetings aligned with mutual objectives.

Desired Qualifications :

  • 3-5 years of B2B sales experience.
  • Proficiency with key sales tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, ChatGPT, Claude, and familiarity with Lusha, Outreach, Gong, Apollo, Seamless.ai, and FullEnrich.
  • Strong understanding of respectful sales methodologies, balancing personalization and volume effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Data-driven and customer-focused mindset.
  • Motivated, persistent, and results-oriented.
  • Creative and innovative thinking skills.
  • Understanding of supply chain processes is a plus.
