A leading company is seeking a detail-oriented Spanish Proofreader to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of Spanish grammar, excellent communication skills, and a meticulous approach to reviewing copy. Responsibilities include proofreading, crosschecking references, and collaborating with team members. The role requires 2+ years of proofreading experience and a Bachelor's degree in journalism or Spanish is preferred.

INFUSE is looking for a detail-oriented Spanish Proofreader to join our team.

You must be proficient in basic and advanced grammar rules and understand how they are used within our style guides. Our ideal candidate is meticulous in reviewing copy, noting errors such as punctuation, spelling, and word usage, and knows how to check statements for accuracy or potential plagiarism.

Responsibilities

1. Proofread materials for spelling, grammar, punctuation, syntax, usage, consistency, and brand voice in Spanish.
2. Crosscheck references and data.
3. Review output for consistency.
4. Review and occasionally rewrite internal documents.
5. Collaborate with team members.

Qualifications

1. Excellent Spanish writing skills.
2. 2+ years of proofreading experience.
3. At least one year of writing experience.
4. B2B writing experience (preferred).
5. Bachelor's degree in journalism or Spanish (preferred).
6. Great attention to detail.
7. Excellent communication skills.
8. Highly organized.
9. Agile and proactive.
10. Solutions-oriented.
11. Able to work EST hours.

Working hours: 6:00 AM - 1:00 PM EST (Boston time, US), some flexibility is possible.
