As Customer Marketing Specialist Neuromodulation for our Neuromodulation business, you will be responsible for building and executing the value proposition for our target customer audience, from developing insights to designing the end-to-end customer experience. The International Neuromodulation Customer Marketing team may be the place for you.

A Day in the Life

As a Customer Marketing Specialist Neuromodulation, you will be responsible for:

  • Supporting field activities, including customer dinners and presentations, or any other targeted support requests.
  • Developing strategy for local events, including conferences, trade shows, conventions, and physician events and/or programs (including sponsored and non-sponsored customer events).
  • Localizing marketing programs (including product launches) through partnerships with local stakeholders (e.g., sales, health economics, etc.).
  • Analyzing voice-of-customer data, monitoring customer loyalty, driving new engagement opportunities, and identifying and supporting customer advocates.
  • Assisting in the quarterly plan of action (QPOA) and customer targeting.
  • Ensuring the field and inside sales team are well equipped to execute marketing tactics.
  • Managing competitive intelligence by monitoring the competitive landscape and communicating current and anticipated future competitive activities to the organization.

Must Haves

  • Degree in a relevant functional area (product marketing) and equivalent years of experience.
  • Ability to develop and expand relationships with key physicians and Medtronic personnel in order to achieve business objectives.
  • Sales orientation or exposure to working with direct sales organizations.
  • Strong project management skills, organized and detail-oriented; know how to manage multiple priorities and projects with short timelines.
  • Fluent in English and local language, both speaking and writing.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel within your region (25%+).
