Your Role as an SEO Specialist at Sesame

You will be responsible for providing thousands of companies with a digital all-in-one solution for talent management to improve company culture, communication, and employee experience.

Your daily tasks will include :

• Planning and implementing the SEO strategy for the DACH market (Germany, Austria, Switzerland).
• Conducting competitor and keyword analyses to achieve optimal rankings.
• Collaborating with the content team to ensure SEO-optimized content.
• Creating and optimizing content to maximize our platform's visibility.
• Coordinating and reviewing external writers to ensure high-quality SEO content.
• Managing on-page and off-page SEO measures in close collaboration with the technical SEO and content teams.
• Analyzing SEO metrics and continuously optimizing the strategy.

Your Profile

We are looking for communicative talents with a proactive and flexible work approach. Our startup environment requires creativity, adaptability, and team spirit.

Requirements :

• 2–4 years of experience in SEO and digital B2B marketing.
• Strong expertise in SEO writing and content optimization.
• Experience with SEO analysis tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, Semrush, Ahrefs).
• Familiarity with CMS platforms like HubSpot and WordPress.
• Analytical mindset and data-driven decision-making.
• Fluent German skills (native level or C1 / C2 required).
• Basic Spanish skills for internal communication (perfect proficiency is not required, but basic understanding is necessary).
