As a Global Large Account Manager (GLAM) at HARALD PIHL, you will focus on operational excellence and customer development within large, complex accounts. At Harald Pihl, we are seeking a Global Large Account Manager (GLAM) to manage and grow relationships with our most strategic and complex clients. This pivotal role is essential for strengthening our global position and delivering outstanding results in demanding, high-value customer accounts.
Your Role :
As GLAM, you will be responsible for large and strategic accounts globally, as well as selected high-complexity local and national clients. You will work independently or with local colleagues to drive cross-border sales and deliver exceptional customer value. The role also involves contributing to Harald Pihl’s product and service development and optimizing processes to meet these demanding accounts' needs.

Who are you?
To succeed as a Global Large Account Manager, you should have extensive experience in high-level sales and negotiation, with a proven ability to manage complex customer relationships. Technical expertise in materials and specifications, supported by an engineering background or equivalent experience, is essential.
You should possess strong financial skills, enabling precise calculations and strategic decision-making. Excellent communication skills are necessary to convey ideas persuasively to both internal teams and external stakeholders.
Proficiency in tools like Excel and PowerPoint is required for data analysis and professional presentations. You combine strategic insight with a hands-on approach to ensure efficient project execution and tangible results.
