Descripción del empleo

Job Responsibilities
  • Maintaining the Group’s privacy framework in the region (Spain & Portugal) within your authority;
  • Keeping records of processing activities up to date;
  • Assessing potential and current vendors who will act as processors for AmRest;
  • Ensuring privacy by default and by design are followed by project managers, along with regular periodic reviews;
  • Responding to privacy requests from regulatory bodies and/or data subjects;
  • Managing personal data breaches and providing relevant assistance to affected units and data subjects;
  • Reviewing internal policies, standards, procedures, and other documentation related to data protection regularly;
  • Cooperating with internal stakeholders and business partners to ensure proper GDPR management and process execution;
  • Supporting international projects as required;
  • Communicating with and educating staff about privacy requirements.
Candidate Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience implementing and/or managing privacy in a corporate international environment;
  • Proficiency in English;
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office;
  • Diligence and attention to detail;
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize conflicting demands from multiple business clients;
  • Knowledge of OneTrust modules and information security experience is an advantage;
