Job Opportunity: Regional Sales Manager (Morocco & Tunisia)

An important business school in Barcelona is seeking to hire a Regional Sales Manager with proficiency in French to operate in the markets of Tunisia and Morocco.

Requirements and Responsibilities
  1. Professional level business experience and willingness to travel.
  2. Work area: Morocco and Tunisia.
  3. Highly organized, outgoing, and goal-oriented individual to represent the business school.
  4. Increase student recruitment through existing and new channels, exploring and developing new opportunities.
  5. Prospect, generate leads, oversee commercialization, and ensure final enrollment of students from the designated region.
  6. Meet sales goals and targets.
  7. Join an international student recruitment team based in Barcelona.
  8. Collaborate closely with admissions, academics, and career services departments in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  9. Conduct strategic analysis of opportunities in the assigned countries.
  10. Build and maintain relationships with regional agents and partner institutions.
  11. Focus on increasing direct student recruitment from international schools.
  12. Participate in recruitment fairs, seminars, workshops, and other events within your markets. For online events, adjust work schedules accordingly.
  13. Travel at least 90 days per year.
Additional Information

Opportunity to work in an international environment with flexible start times (between 8:00 a.m. and 9:30 a.m.) and departure times (between 5:00 p.m. and 6:30 p.m.).

One day of teleworking per week.

During June, July, and August, working hours are until 4:00 p.m.
