A leading company in the pharmaceutical industry seeks a Sales Representative to engage with healthcare professionals and pharmacy networks. The role involves developing sales strategies, achieving targets, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in healthcare sales and relationship management.

Formación

  • Proven experience as a Key Account Manager or Medical Sales Representative.
  • Strong understanding of GP prescribing pathways and Urology market.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and managing territory sales plans.

Descripción del empleo

Responsible for engaging with HCPs and pharmacy networks to promote and sell the company's products. This role requires a strong blend of commercial acumen, relationship-building skills, and healthcare expertise to drive market penetration.

Territory Sales & Business Development

  • Develop and execute a regional sales plan to maximize market share and revenue growth.
  • Engage with GPs, Urologists, and pharmacy chains to educate and drive adoption.

Relationship Management & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with primary and secondary care providers within the region.
  • Conduct face-to-face meetings, product demonstrations, and training sessions with HCPs and pharmacists.

Sales Target Achievement & Performance Monitoring

  • Achieve and exceed territory sales targets and KPIs.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.
  • Utilize CRM tools to track and report sales activity, pipeline management, and customer interactions.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Pharmacy Managers and Medical Affairs teams to ensure aligned messaging and strategy.

Compliance & Regulatory Adherence

  • Ensure all sales activities comply with MHRA and ABPI regulations and company policies.
  • Proven experience as a Key Account Manager or Medical Sales Representative in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or medical device industry.
  • Strong understanding of GP prescribing pathways, Urology market, and pharmacy sales.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and managing territory sales plans.
  • Ability to work autonomously.
  • Experience using CRM systems for account management and reporting.
