Partner with the business in a true “IT as a Service” environment; provide resilient, best-in-class, cost-efficient IT Services to all ELEs in your Zone;
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES :
- Engage with IT Director to define the IT strategy for the zone; manage the annual IT budget; support the Zone Business Leader with onboarding new companies.
- Implement a “IT as a Service” model for IT Infra services; act as a Managed IT Service Provider; build a network and foster relationships with business leaders.
- Monitor and report on IT service quality and customer satisfaction based on KPIs and SLAs.
- Build and manage a distributed IT team; cooperate with regional teams; ensure consistency, collaboration, and sharing of best practices across ELEs.
- Develop and provide a portfolio of IT Business Services aligned with business needs and manage the delivery to meet SLA performance.
IT Infra & Security
- Define IT Infrastructure Strategy and priorities with key stakeholders.
- Lead the Zone IT Infra team to deliver high-quality services within budget and timeframes.
- Manage the transformation of legacy infrastructure to a segregated, future state landscape.
- Ensure compliance with Group/Regional IT standards and periodically audit IT Infra & Security postures.
IT Solutions
- Define IT Solutions Strategy and roadmap with the Zone Business Leader.
- Oversee the IT Solutions team to ensure delivery of services within scope, time, and budget.
- Support and support shared IT solutions, ensuring standards are followed.
- Drive IT Transformation programs to re-architect infrastructure and solutions.
- Implement standardized cost management, project, and service management practices across all ELEs.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and support regulatory audits.
REQUIRED PROFILE
- Master’s Degree in Computer Science or related field; MBA or equivalent is a plus.
- Certifications: PMP, ITIL Foundations; others like Scrum, COBIT, TOGAF are desirable.
Experience
- Minimum 5 years in a similar role.
- 5-10 years in IT project/program management, preferably in industrial or process-driven environments.
- Proven leadership in managing international, distributed teams.
- Strong competencies in strategy, project management, enterprise architecture, and IT service management.
- Experience with regulated environments (GxP, HIPAA) is advantageous.
Technical Skills
- Knowledge of BPMN, UML, SCRUM, GxP, GDPR.
- Experience with ITSM tools like ServiceNow.
- Data analysis skills for executive reporting.
- Knowledge of COBIT and ITIL certifications are a plus.
