Une entreprise leader dans l'esthétique médicale recherche un représentant des ventes pour maximiser la croissance des ventes dans les Canaries. Le candidat idéal aura une formation universitaire, une expérience dans les ventes d'esthétique médicale et des compétences en gestion des comptes. Ce rôle exige une forte capacité à établir des relations et à travailler dans un environnement dynamique et multiculturel.

Formación

  • Expérience avérée dans les ventes d'esthétique médicale, notamment avec des médecins et dermatologues.
  • Fluent en anglais et espagnol (écrit et parlé).
  • Voyages fréquents dans le pays et l'UE (50%).

Responsabilidades

  • Atteindre ou dépasser les objectifs de vente annuels dans le territoire assigné.
  • Développer des stratégies efficaces pour gérer les budgets.
  • Informer les professionnels de santé sur les caractéristiques des produits.

Job Description

The role aims to maximize sales growth against set budgets on a monthly and annual basis. Responsibilities include delivering, supporting, and communicating central marketing strategies at the territory level to ensure the short, medium, and long-term success of the business unit, adhering to country-specific guidelines, codes of practice, the Allergan Code of Ethics, and internal SOPs.

  • Achieve or exceed annual sales targets aligned with goals and objectives within the assigned territory.
  • Develop effective strategies for managing budgets to ensure high ROI.
  • Drive sales using centrally generated sales reports.
  • Business Planning and Activity
  • Align territory activities with regional marketing strategies through a defined territory plan.
  • Create, implement, and update Key Account Plans as needed.
  • Ensure appropriate call coverage and frequency for different customer types.
  • Meet targets for days in the field and customer educational meetings.
  • Inform healthcare professionals about product characteristics, clinical use, pricing, and prescription conditions.
  • Optimize time with customers through effective call planning.
  • Regularly review and improve business plans and activities.
  • Complete all administrative and reporting requirements accurately and timely.

  • Demonstrate effective selling skills using the Allergan Aesthetics sales model.
  • Implement the territory strategy through appropriate communication channels.
  • Maintain effective communication with the Customer Team Unit.

Qualifications

Experience / Knowledge :

  • University degree, preferably with a science background.
  • Proven experience in Medical Aesthetics sales, particularly with doctors and dermatologists in hospital and private clinic settings.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
  • Experience with CRM systems, preferably VEEVA.
  • Based in Canary Island.
