ABOUT THE ROLE AND THE TEAM :

We are a team of 80 Sales Representatives who love sales. We offer extensive training and professional development opportunities for significant career growth. This role is not just about sales—it’s a consultative position where you will act as a trusted advisor to vendors. As a leading marketplace in the wedding sector, we serve as the go-to reference for businesses in this industry. This enables us to adopt a consultative sales approach, providing clients with personalized campaigns and training them in marketing and sales strategies to help grow their business.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Acquire new clients : Identify and pursue new business opportunities by engaging with clients already on the platform and offering upsells to premium services.
  • Manage and expand your assigned client portfolio.
  • Train and consult with clients : Help them understand and leverage our products and services to meet their business needs.
  • Conduct outbound sales activities : Cold calling and prospecting to find and engage new clients, understanding the full sales cycle.
  • Manage inbound leads : Follow up with clients interested in our premium services, explaining benefits and opportunities.
  • Navigate the full sales cycle : From lead generation to qualification and closing deals.

SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES HAVE :

  • At least 3 years of experience in sales and B2B client management, including new business development, client retention, and account management.
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent listening and communication skills.
  • Results-oriented, determined, and team-driven attitude.
  • A passion for sales and a proactive approach to feedback and improvement.
  • Ability to work in multicultural, structured, and dynamic environments.
  • Native-level Italian and fluent English proficiency.
