Position: Cashier

Location: Las Rozas Village Outlet, Madrid

Type: Full-time, 36 hours/week

Schedule: Monday to Saturday, rotating weekly

Start date: Immediate

Role and Responsibilities:

• Ensure smooth checkout operations and proper merchandise presentation at the checkout area.
• Provide excellent customer service to enhance shopping experience and drive business success.
• Build customer loyalty through exceptional service and CRM data management.
• Support in transaction handling, complaints, and returns.
• Assist in loss prevention and stock management operations.
• Proficiently use business systems and latest technology tools.
• Ensure procedures are followed and policies are adhered to.

Candidate Profile:

• Retail, hospitality, or customer service experience, preferably in the premium fashion industry.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills across all levels.
• Strong commercial acumen and brand knowledge.
• Flexible and adaptable to business needs.
• Willingness to learn and develop professionally.
• High cultural awareness and sensitivity.
• Proactive attitude and positivity.
