Junior Key Account Manager - 6 months fixed term contract, Madrid

Join the Spain Sales team at Kellanova as a Junior Key Account Manager. In this role, you will support Key Account Managers across Spain by strengthening essential back-office functions for effective client interactions.

This is a short-term opportunity (6 months contract) to make a significant impact, develop your Account Manager skills, and work with important customers. Leverage your expertise in customer focus, communication, and negotiation while supporting Key Accounts.

Responsibilities
  1. Customer Allowances Management and Promotional Planning: Manage allowances using P&L understanding and tools like KTIE and PromoPlan.
  2. Customer Performance: Analyze customer performance and identify opportunities using internal and external data.
  3. Commercial Execution: Monitor and develop action plans for commercial levers in customers.
  4. Daily Support: Collaborate with Independent Key Account Managers to support and develop account strategies.
  5. Presentations: Prepare business presentations for negotiations and reviews.
Candidate Profile
  • Degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Strong IT skills and data analysis proficiency.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple priorities.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English.
