Formación

  • 5+ years of operational experience in Supply Chain Planning.

At Mur&Partners, we offer a position as Senior Supply Planner for a renowned international company.

MISSION

The main mission of this position will be to develop the short-term Supply Planning plan, including detailed scheduling for finished products, the master production schedule, and distribution requirements planning (DRP) for relevant assets in the regional network. Additionally, contribute to supply reviews and the S&OE process, being the person responsible for inventory levels across the network, including replenishment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Translate the mid-term production plan into a short-term plan (planned orders to firm orders).
  • Develop and review short-term production plans and scheduling by line / technology, considering capacity, utilization, and time.
  • Be responsible for managing stock transfers to the first decoupling point, while managing from the first decoupling point to the entire network.
  • Monitor daily results compared to the weekly production plan, track product availability, production schedule compliance, and recommend corrective actions for any deviations.
  • Identify short-term finished product (FP) needs in the markets and propose allocation based on business priority.
  • Support inventory analysis by reviewing inventory policies, tracking and managing slow-moving products, and monitoring obsolete items.
  • Maintain select manufacturing parameters (including restrictions).
  • Provide input and participate in Sales and Operations Execution (S&OE), communicating material availability issues and capacity constraints.
  • Collaborate with Plant Production Schedulers to align on scheduling activities.
  • Collaborate with Purchasing and Material Planning to ensure raw materials support the production schedule.
  • Identify and support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance planning performance.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or Supply Chain Management.
  • Advanced English level required (C1).
  • At least 5 years of operational experience in Supply Chain Planning and other Supply Chain roles.
  • At least 2 years of experience managing a team.
  • Experience with advanced planning tools (SAP, Power BI, APO, Kinaxis, o9, OMP, etc.).
