Formación

• Intermediate training or degree in electricity/electronics required.
• Experience in technical service or UPS testing is valued.

Responsabilidades

• Commissioning, maintenance, and repairs of UPSs and batteries.
• Maintain relationships with customers and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Manage spare parts and submit service requests accurately.

We are currently seeking an AC Power Field Service Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Madrid, Spain !

The AC Power Field Service Coordinator will be responsible for commissioning, preventive maintenance, and repairs of UPSs, batteries, and connectivity systems of VERTIV. They will play a vital role in establishing, promoting, and maintaining excellent relationships with customers, salespeople, distributors, and other agents. Additionally, they will maintain continuous communication with the dispatching team, coordinators, supervisors, and managers of the department. Their responsibilities also include managing assigned spare parts and ensuring compliance with ITC regulations for Vertiv products. Moreover, they will adhere to environmental guidelines set by Vertiv Spain and specific client facilities during interventions.

What kind of work will you be doing?

• Respond professionally to all assigned service calls while on call.
• Read, understand, and comply with all established procedures and safety policies.
• Manage spare parts periodically to ensure proper handling.
• Keep the dispatcher team informed of scheduled jobs and status updates through defined procedures.
• Maintain accurate customer information and report any errors detected.
• Submit service requests (SR) daily in a timely, correct, and complete manner.
• Keep the vehicle clean and properly maintained.
• Report and advocate for any necessary sales or improvement opportunities at facilities.
• Attend client meetings as required and act as a point of reference for key customers during emergencies.
• Be available for weekend, evening, or after-hours work in accordance with local regulations.
• Collaborate with supervisors to address operational issues on a daily basis.
• Ensure compliance with ITC regulations and attend required technical and environmental trainings.
• Comply with waste management regulations and procedures established by Vertiv Spain.
• Stay updated on tasks and safety matters as a coordinator, including meetings and salary increases.
• Conduct annual audits of occupational health and safety responsibilities.

What will make you successful?

• Intermediate vocational training in electricity and electronics or university degree in electricity and electronics.
• Office Package Management.
• Demonstrable experience in the area of technical service or testing of UPS equipment will be valued.
• Proactivity, ability to plan, organize, and manage time effectively.
• Valid driver's license.
• Medium / high level of English.
