Job Description: Scrum Master at IPS

Your Challenges:

• Coaching and supporting the Scrum team to apply and develop Scrum practices
• Planning and facilitating Scrum events such as Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives, and Reviews
• Promoting ongoing team development through training and workshops in Scrum methodology
• Identifying and removing impediments to team productivity
• Enhancing team dynamics and fostering a self-organized, efficient approach
• Ensuring clear communication between the Scrum team, Product Owner, and stakeholders, and promoting transparency

What We Expect:

• Degree in computer science, business administration, engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Scrum Master in agile software development
• Certifications such as Professional Scrum Master, Agile Leadership, or Product Owner are advantageous
• Experience with Atlassian tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
• Fluent in German and proficient in English
• Strong organizational, motivational, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills
