Independent M&A Advisory Role for Senior Executives

We are seeking C-level executives with extensive senior management experience, a specific industry expertise, and a desire to become M&A Advisors within their industry sector. ONEtoONE welcomes these professionals into our organization, providing comprehensive M&A training and full support from investment bankers, analysts, search teams, and other resources to facilitate successful deal execution.

Role of Senior Advisors

Senior Advisors play a pivotal role, collaborating with investment bankers and sharing fees equally (50%-50%). They utilize our M&A tools, global brand, worldwide network of peers, and back-office support—including deal originators, analysts, target finders, marketing assistants, lawyers, IT, and other specialists—dedicated to deal generation.

Senior Advisors enhance their income by creating and participating in deals and collaborating with a global team of M&A professionals.

Candidate Profile
