Una empresa de gestión de propiedades en Madrid busca un dinámico Gerente de Propiedades y Especialista en Relaciones con Huéspedes. Este papel es esencial para garantizar la eficiencia operativa y la satisfacción excepcional de los huéspedes. El candidato ideal tendrá al menos 4 años de experiencia en gestión de propiedades o hospitalidad y deberá ser proactivo, con excelentes habilidades de comunicación en español e inglés. La posición ofrece la oportunidad de trabajar de manera independiente en un entorno colaborativo, contribuyendo al crecimiento de la empresa al expandir la base de clientes y asegurar una experiencia fluida para los huéspedes.

Formación

Property Manager & Guest Relations Specialist

Akora is a property management company offering an array of serviced apartments in the heart of Madrid. Our portfolio encompasses chic studios and spacious apartments.

ROLE PURPOSE : We are in search of a dynamic Property Manager and Guest Relations Specialist to lead our operations in Madrid. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring operational efficiency and exceptional guest satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing property revenue, delivering outstanding customer service, overseeing housekeeping and maintenance, and handling general administration tasks.

As a Property Manager and Guest Relations Specialist, you will uphold our high standards while actively contributing to our growth by expanding our client base and ensuring a seamless experience for our guests.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Oversee revenue management tasks such as handling booking requests, inquiries, check-ins, and calendar updates.
  • Engage with customers before their arrival to make all necessary arrangements.
  • Conduct apartment check-ins, offering detailed explanations of the accommodations and insights into the surrounding area.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for guests during their stay in Madrid, ensuring their experience is flawless.
  • Address maintenance requests promptly and efficiently.
  • Coordinate weekly cleaning services, apartment changeovers, and manage inventory for cleaning supplies and room amenities.
  • Arrange linen deliveries and conduct final apartment inspections before customer arrivals.
  • Collect and analyze customer reviews to continually enhance the guest experience.
  • Expand the client base by identifying and engaging new corporate guests for our apartments.

REQUIREMENTS :

  • Minimum 4 years of related experience in property management or hospitality.
  • Demonstrates a proactive 'Can-Do' attitude and willingness to assist in various capacities.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication skills coupled with a warm, welcoming personality.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Tourism, or a related field would be an advantage.

Note : We are a compact team, and the ideal candidate should be comfortable working independently with a high degree of autonomy.
