BVGroup in Gibraltar is seeking an E‑Gaming Content Manager to lead the Games strategy across multiple brands and markets. You will collaborate with the Head of Casino to deliver a robust content roadmap and maximize commercial performance.

The role requires strong leadership, autonomy, and excellent stakeholder management to ensure timely, high‑quality game releases and data‑driven optimization of the content portfolio.

Formación

• Experience in managing and curating casino content with slots knowledge.
• Ability to manage suppliers and aggregation platforms.
• Proven track record in content management and portfolio strategy.
• Strong analytics to translate data into insights.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Self-motivated, autonomous in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lead and develop teams.

Responsabilidades

• Shape and execute the content strategy across multiple brands and markets.
• Own day‑to‑day management and commercial performance of the Games portfolio.
• Build and maintain relationships with suppliers; negotiate opportunities.
• Develop and manage a comprehensive games roadmap across brands and markets.
• Drive timely, high‑quality game releases with effective stakeholder management.
• Use data and customer insights to optimise content selection and positioning.
• Lead, develop, and motivate a team of E‑Gaming Executives.
