BVGroup is seeking an E-Gaming Content Manager based in Gibraltar to lead the games strategy across multiple brands and markets. You will own the content roadmap, drive commercial performance, and manage a team of E-Gaming Executives in a fast-paced environment.

You will collaborate with the Head of Casino to optimize content selection, supplier relationships, and on-site positioning, delivering high-quality game experiences while sustaining revenue growth.

E-Gaming Content Manager | Gibraltar | On-site

Please note that this role is based in Gibraltar five days a week. Relocation package available. Purpose Of The Role

As a E-Gaming Content Manager you will be as a key member of the Casino team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering the Games strategy across multiple brands and markets.

Working closely with the Head of Casino, you will be responsible for executing the games roadmap, maximising the commercial performance of the Games portfolio, and identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience and drive sustainable revenue growth.

We are looking for a highly motivated, commercially minded individual who takes ownership, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can operate with a high degree of autonomy. The successful candidate will be a strong communicator and people leader, capable of challenging constructively, influencing stakeholders, and building effective relationships both internally and externally.

Managing a team of E-Gaming Executives, you will foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and high performance while ensuring we deliver a best-in-class casino content experience to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Working closely with the Head of Casino to help shape and execute the content strategy across multiple brands and markets.
• Owning the day-to-day management and commercial performance of the Games portfolio, proactively identifying opportunities and risks and making recommendations for improvement.
• Building and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, aligning product launches, negotiating commercial opportunities, securing exclusive content where possible, and ensuring our brands remain a priority.
• Develop and manage a comprehensive games roadmap across multiple brands and regulated markets.
• Driving the successful delivery of game releases, ensuring content launches are delivered on time and to a high standard through effective stakeholder management.
• Monitoring game and supplier performance, using data and customer insights to optimise content selection, portfolio composition, and onsite positioning.
• Lead, develop, and motivate a team of E-Gaming Executives through coaching, regular feedback, and clear performance expectations.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Experienced managing and curating casino content with a strong understanding of slots, suppliers, aggregation platforms, content management, game selection and portfolio strategies
• Demonstrated experience leading, motivating and developing high-performing teams.
• Commercially minded with a proven track record of delivering revenue and engagement growth.
• Excellent analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the confidence to influence decisions across all levels of the organisation.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable operating autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to identify opportunities, solve problems independently, and take ownership from concept through to execution.
• High attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality outcomes.
