LeoVegas Group seeks a Product Manager to own one or more gaming experiences across casino, live casino, and gamification. You’ll translate vision into actionable roadmaps and drive releases across web and mobile with engineers, design, data, and operations.

You’ll collaborate with BI, UX researchers, and market clusters to define KPIs, prioritize backlogs, and write PRDs while coordinating multi-market launches. Fluency in English is essential; hybrid work is offered in Málaga, Spain.

Formación

• 2+ years of product management experience in a B2C digital product environment.
• iGaming industry experience with casino/live casino/sportsbook knowledge.
• Experience with gamification mechanics (tournaments, missions, loyalty).
• Strong technical fluency to collaborate with frontend/backend engineers and understand API integrations.

Responsabilidades

• End-to-end product ownership of a gaming experience area from discovery to delivery.
• Setting the mission, vision, and product strategy.
• Building an in-depth understanding of customers and their needs.
• Writing and maintaining PRDs with clear requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Grooming and prioritizing backlogs with engineering and defining ready tickets.
• Collaborating with design to define user flows and validate solutions.
• Coordinating multi-market releases across web and native platforms.
• Partnering with BI to define KPIs and monitor performance.
• Managing stakeholder communication across commercial, operations, and leadership.
• Participating in cross-team rituals and market exploration.
