BVGroup is recruiting an E‑Gaming Content Manager to lead the casino content strategy across multiple brands and regulated markets from its Gibraltar hub. You will own the content roadmap, drive commercial performance, and collaborate with suppliers to secure exclusive content while maximising customer value across platforms.

• Experience managing and curating casino content with a strong understanding of slots, suppliers, aggregation platforms, content management, game selection and portfolio strategies.
• Demonstrated experience leading, motivating and developing high‑performing teams.
• Commercially minded with a proven track record of delivering revenue and engagement growth.
• Excellent analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the confidence to influence decisions across all levels of the organisation.
• Self‑motivated, proactive, and comfortable operating autonomously in a fast‑paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Working closely with the Head of Casino to shape and execute the content strategy across multiple brands and markets.
• Owning day‑to‑day management and commercial performance of the Games portfolio, identifying opportunities and risks and making recommendations for improvement.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers, aligning product launches, negotiating opportunities, and securing exclusive content where possible.
• Develop and manage a comprehensive games roadmap across multiple brands and regulated markets.
• Drive the successful delivery of game releases, ensuring content launches are on time and to a high standard.
• Monitor game and supplier performance using data and customer insights to optimise content selection and onsite positioning.
• Lead, develop, and motivate a team of E‑Gaming Executives through coaching and clear performance expectations.
