Formación

• 5+ años de experiencia como diseñador web o gráfico en un entorno internacional.
• Conocimientos avanzados en Adobe Suite y herramientas de prototipado.

Reporting directly to the E-Commerce Web Content & Graphic Senior Manager, the E-Commerce Web Content & Graphic Specialist will contribute proactively within the Content Team by designing, updating, and testing graphic assets across all Guess websites and marketplaces. Additionally, he / she will provide digital content in line with the brand's requirements for all planned web marketing activities.

CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Design, build, and edit responsive website assets (e.g., homepages, landing pages, category banners, menu banners) in line with marketing pushes, promotions, and product requirements;
2. Develop precise UI mockups for new website functionalities and upgrades, guided by the UX team and driven by business requirements and needs;
3. Create graphic content for web marketing and marketplace activities;
4. Design, develop, and edit newsletter communications (advanced HTML knowledge is mandatory);
5. Ensure all online assets are kept up to date;
6. Establish and maintain effective communication with other E-commerce teams, external departments, and the company's regional representatives and partners to collect materials and share creative outputs.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

1. A minimum of 5 years of proven work experience as a web designer or graphic designer in an international environment (experience in a similar role in E-commerce or the fashion industry is a plus);
2. Proficient knowledge of Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and prototyping tools (Figma, Adobe XD);
3. Strong knowledge of HTML and CSS;
4. Video editing and motion graphic skills are highly desirable (Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere);
5. Previous experience in packaging design is a plus;
6. Ability to work independently on multiple projects while collaborating effectively within a team;
7. Flexibility and adaptability to promptly address urgent business needs;
8. Exceptional attention to detail;
9. Creativity combined with excellent organizational skills;
10. Fluency in English, any other languages will be considered a plus;
11. A continuous learning attitude;
12. Comfortable with KPI monitoring, a proactive approach to tasks, and not afraid of responsibilities or change, with a strong focus on self-development and growth.
