NEXT Wholly Owned Brands is seeking a proactive Shoot Coordinator to manage the end-to-end coordination of e-commerce shoots. You will work closely with Buying, Styling, Model Booking, Creative teams and external partners to ensure timely delivery of high-quality imagery aligned with product launches.

Responsibilities include coordinating pre-shoot activities, managing post-production workflows, and producing weekly reports.

Formación

• Experience coordinating e-commerce, fashion, photography, studio or creative production.
• Excellent organisation and time-management with ability to prioritise multiple projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication with internal and external teams.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate weekly e-commerce shoots and manage end-to-end shoot critical path.
• Collaborate with Buying, Styling, Model Booking, Creative and external partners.
• Coordinate pre-shoot: products, models and styles; forecast model requirements; manage post-production and final delivery.
• Produce weekly OPR reports and process invoices relating to shoot activity.
