WPP Production is seeking a communications professional to proactively track campaigns across departments and develop engaging internal and external communications. The role includes managing employee interviews, directing filmmakers, and coordinating post‑production work.

The position requires a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communications or related fields, full‑time availability, and excellent English writing and editorial skills.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Marketing, or related field.
• Master’s degree in Communication or related field completed.
• Available for full‑time employment.
• Minimum C1 level of English, both written and spoken.
• Outstanding written communication and editorial skills with exceptional attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Proactively track and monitor campaigns across all departments, engaging with teams to ensure accurate information gathering.
• Develop engaging internal communications (e.g., newsletters, videowall content, corporate emails) and external communications (e.g., LinkedIn posts, press releases) based on campaign insights.
• Monitor company news and employee updates to propose initiatives that foster inter‑departmental collaboration and newsletter engagement.
• Manage employee interview processes, including script development, directing filmmakers, and overseeing post‑production.
• Execute and project manage diverse internal and external events with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring flawless execution.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with other agencies within the group to ensure comprehensive communication coverage.
