Your role : We are looking for a creative and strategic Seller Training Specialist to design and implement impactful training programs for sellers in the Spanish market. This role will focus on enhancing sellers\' operational capabilities on the Miravia platform, ensuring they excel in listing, marketing, and customer engagement while aligning with market trends and platform innovations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver seller training programs customized for the Spanish market, improving sellers’ knowledge and capabilities.
  • Create engaging training materials (tutorials, infographics, videos) covering product listings, marketing strategies, and customer service.
  • Collaborate with product and operations teams to ensure training content reflects the latest platform features and industry trends.
  • Analyze seller feedback and training outcomes to refine programs, enhance seller engagement, and improve their performance.
  • Increase adoption of the learning platform and support sellers in achieving measurable business success.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business, Education, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in training or seller management, preferably in e-commerce or seller-focused roles.
  • Strong understanding of the Spanish market and sellers' needs.
  • Excellent communication and design skills to create impactful and engaging training content.
  • Effective project management skills to independently plan and execute training initiatives.
  • Data analysis skills are a plus.
