Formación

Tempe is the footwear and accessories division of the Inditex Group. We are located in Alicante and employ over 2000 professionals of various nationalities. The Group's brands represented in Tempe include Zara, Massimo Dutti, Pull&Bear, Bershka, Zara Home, Oysho, and Stradivarius, each with its own Design, Manufacturing, Buying, Product, and Distribution teams.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Define, plan, and execute the online commercial strategy for the season across assigned international markets and product lines, selecting products and setting directives for commercial, distribution, and communication activities to meet objectives.
  2. Provide necessary information and content for the press minisite of the brand and various showrooms to promote product appearance.
  3. Define the product image for each campaign, including presentation, styling, and details, in collaboration with the Image team.
  4. Assess and select products suitable for international markets, identifying specific gaps or needs.
  5. Plan and execute the product's commercial strategy, including lifecycle management, collection updates, cross-selling with clothing collections, and inclusion in special content.
  6. Determine appropriate timing and quantities of merchandise for online stock and initial roll-out in international markets.
  7. Ensure the availability and quality of content required for sales, including graphics, descriptions, translations, and product details.
  8. Propose comprehensive communication plans across various channels such as web and social networks, coordinating the development of marketing materials.
  9. Generate web metric analyses to identify product and merchandising needs, providing insights for business decisions.
Academic Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, Economics, Advertising, or related fields.
  • Master's or higher degree in Communication, E-Commerce, Commercial Management, or Marketing, with specialization in fashion companies highly regarded.
Specific Knowledge
  • Proficiency in English and Spanish.
  • Strong knowledge of fashion and trends.
  • Experience in sales and marketing.
  • Analytical skills and proficiency in Excel.
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics and Marketplaces is highly valued.
