We are hiring a BuzzFeed Editorial Graphic Designer ( Clickbait & High CTR Specialist ) to join our project on a part-time basis and drive high-performance clickbait ads. This role is ideal for someone with a proven record in creating compelling, editorial-style visual ads that capture attention and drive engagement. Please only apply if you have experience designing ads with high click-through rates for Native, Facebook, Google and are proficient in AI tools for creative efficiency.

Tasks

  • Design and develop high-converting ads optimized for performance and engagement.
  • Manage the creation of visual assets for advertorial ads that are tailored to editorial standards.
  • Conduct market and competitor research to inform creative direction and improve performance.
  • Use data-driven insights to refine ad designs, adapting visual ads based on target audience and conversion metrics.
  • Oversee the visual direction of content, collaborating closely with internal marketing and creative teams.
  • Leverage AI tools to optimize design workflows and enhance overall ad quality.
